Bespoke design takes time. At Lump, we require approximately 4–6 weeks to complete a custom piece from concept to installation, sometimes longer depending on complexity and demand. Beginning the design process early ensures your piece is ready when you are.

While our showroom may be closed, our design team is available for online consultations and ready to start creating something exceptional with you today.

The restrictions we face are temporary. Before long, we’ll be gathering again with family and friends. Now is the ideal opportunity to commission those knockout custom pieces so they’re ready to make an impact when you open your home once more.

Photos
Send through as many site photos as possible. They don’t need to be professional, clear images that show context, access points and surrounding details are perfect.

Measurements
Exact measurements aren’t required for an initial discussion or estimate. Approximate dimensions are enough to explore possibilities. We’ll refine the finer details as the project progresses.

Drawings & Sketches
Professional drawings are welcome, but not essential. A pencil sketch on paper is often more than enough to begin shaping an idea.

Project Information
Any additional details about access, installation timing, site conditions or design preferences will help ensure a smooth fabrication and installation process.
